Testimonials

I have used John for over 6 years and will not use anyone else for tint or electronic needs. John represents hard work, incredible skill, and an exceptional value for services. I have owned 32 cars and have used many companies over the years. John Marcum is second to non and takes great pride in his work.Chris W. - Wake Forest, NC
I have trusted John with all of my automotive technical needs for over 10 years. He has helped me with everything car streetwise from the basics to a high end 2-way alarm system with automation of the five windows and sunroof in my 4Runner. He has also tinted the windows in all three of my vehicles and the quality window film he uses has stood the test of time for over 8 years and still looks like it came new from the factory. He is undeniably the most skilled and detail-oriented in his field. I have never hesitated recommending him to friends, family and staff. My referrals always thank me for recommending someone with his experience level and professionalism.Mike T. - Raleigh, NC
I have had several opportunities to use Shade Sound and Security on my projects. I want to start by saying the owner John really listened to my needs and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t want. He is so knowledgeable about cars and so many ways to improve them, I feel very confident in his ability to work on anything that comes his way. I have used other installers in the past that leave work at 5:00 sharp, this shop is different. Thanks so much for making my vehicles sound better, safer and much cooler. P.S. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDDan S., Cary, NC
Hey John, you helped me with a LockPick [Factory Integration Device], and window tint on my 2007 Yukon. Did a great job!Bill E., Raleigh, NC
